Job Title: Site Manager

Reporting to: Project Manager

Location: Oxford (North)

Salary: £300 - £325 a day (DOE)

The Site Manager role

We're working with a contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to work on their development in North Oxfordshire. You'll be working on a fast-paced development and responsible for the safe working of the contractors staff. The project is a commercial development.

The right Site Manager will be

• Someone with experience working as a Site Manager on a project
• Someone who is IT literate and able to use various IT applications
• Excellent communication and interface skills
• Sound Commercial Acumen (including budget management and cost/waste control).
• SMSTS
• Management and control of site staff.
• Health & safety focussed
