Job Description:

Sales Executive - Main Dealer 

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join a successful, established main dealer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with automotive sales experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and working towards rewarding sales targets.

The Role

• Selling new and used vehicles to prospective customers.

• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their individual requirements.

• Managing customer enquiries, following up on leads and generating new business opportunities.

• Arranging and conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Discussing finance options and additional products.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all sales processes are completed correctly.

• Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 08:00–18:00 (one weekday off).

• Saturday: 08:00–17:00.

• Sunday: 11:00–16:00 (1 in 3 rota).

Salary & Benefits

• £21,000 basic salary.

• £54,410 OTE, including £33,410 in commission and bonuses.

About You

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Motivated by targets and earning potential.

• Professional, organised and customer-focused.

• Full UK driving licence.
