Location: Field-Based (Regional Territory)
Salary: £45,000+ (DOE)
Bonus: 20% Annual Bonus (Paid Quarterly)

We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join a well-established and highly respected consumer products business. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with independent retail partners across a designated territory.

This is not a new business "hunter" role. Instead, you will take ownership of an established customer base, developing existing relationships, increasing product penetration and re-engaging former accounts to drive growth.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of independent retail accounts across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, store managers and key decision-makers.
• Increase product sales through training, demonstrations and commercial support.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Re-establish relationships with dormant or inactive customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and act as the face of the business within your region.
• Plan and manage your own diary, customer visits and territory activity.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
• Attend periodic company meetings and sales reviews.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience selling consumer products, household goods, electrical products or similar.
• A proven track record of working with independent retailers.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to influence and build trust with business owners and decision-makers.
• Excellent planning, organisation and territory management skills.
• A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• A full UK driving licence.

• Consumer appliance, electrical, home products or similar sector experience.
• Experience supporting independent retail networks.
• Previous field sales, territory management or regional account management experience.
• Experience delivering product training, merchandising support or in-store commercial initiatives.

• Basic salary of £45,000+ DOE
