Job Description:

Job Title: Warehouse - Picking & Packing Operative

Location: Bicester

Contract Details: Full time, permanent

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm and Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, checking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Shipping and packing large, palletised shipments
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Booking in and moving stock deliveries
• Stock allocation and storage
• Computerised dispatch and order processing
• Carrying out stock takes and product screening when required
• Working to agreed targets and deadlines

About You

• Previous Picking & Packing experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic English and Maths skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic IT skills (Word/Excel beneficial but not essential)
• Ability to problem solve
• Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
• Comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused environment
