Warehouse Operative/Administrator

Are you looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are recruiting for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative/Administrators to join a growing logistics team in Oxford.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties, parcel handling, administration and computer-based tasks. You'll play an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while working as part of a supportive team.

Shift Available
Please note: shifts cannot be amended or changed.

• Monday-Friday, 06:00-15:00

Pay Rate: £12.92 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Temporary to Permanent after 12 successful weeks
Start Date: ASAP

What will you be doing?

• Sorting, scanning, loading and unloading parcels
• Using computers, smartphones and internal systems to process and track deliveries
• Completing data entry, system updates and information checks
• Supporting drivers and the wider team with daily operations
• Identifying and reporting any parcel, system or operational issues
• Helping to ensure the warehouse and daily operations run efficiently

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Able to carry parcels and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
