Vehicle Technicians (£50,000 - £60,000 OTE)

We are currently recruiting for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join successful franchised dealer group across the Oxfordshire area.

The Role

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Working within a modern workshop, you'll use the latest diagnostic equipment and digital technology while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer accreditation and technical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Perform routine maintenance including servicing, brake work, cambelt replacements, and general repairs
• Complete electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) accurately
• Maintain digital job cards and complete all associated documentation
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and to the highest quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service

About You

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Service Technician or Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
• Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and warranty repairs
• MOT Tester licence desirable, but not essential (training available)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive team player with excellent communication skills
• Keen to develop through ongoing manufacturer training and accreditation
