TRANSACTION MANAGER

OXFORD | £26,000 BASIC | OTE UP TO £56,000 | DEMONSTRATOR VEHICLE

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting an experienced Transaction Manager for an exciting opportunity within an established automotive dealership in Oxford.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful sales department, with the vacancy arising following the previous Transaction Manager's internal promotion to Brand Manager.

Offering an attractive OTE of up to £56,000 alongside a demonstrator vehicle, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional looking to take the next step or continue developing their career within a busy dealership environment.

THE PACKAGE

• £26,000 basic salary.
• OTE up to £56,000.
• Company demonstrator vehicle.
• 45 hours per week.
• Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with a weekday day off.
• Sunday working, 11:00am–4:00pm, on a 1 in 3 rota.

THE ROLE

As Transaction Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales department, helping structure profitable deals and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience throughout the purchasing process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Structuring and supporting customer vehicle deals, including finance options.
• Supporting profitable deal closing and second-facing activity.
• Coaching and supporting the sales team throughout the transaction process.
• Helping maintain strong sales, finance and customer service standards.
• Ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and professionally.
• Working within FCA regulations and company compliance requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience within automotive retail sales.
• Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or in a closely related dealership sales management role.
• Confidence handling finance-led customer transactions.
• Experience supporting and developing a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
