SERVICE ADVISOR
OXFORD | £31,000 BASIC | OTE UP TO £43,000 | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 1 IN 3 SATURDAYS

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for an exciting opportunity within an established automotive dealership in Oxford.

With a £31,000 basic salary and earning potential of up to £43,000 OTE, this role offers additional commission opportunities linked to budget achievement and over-performance.

THE PACKAGE

• £31,000 basic salary.
• OTE up to £43,000
• 45 hours per week.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm.
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:00am–1:00pm.
• Additional commission opportunities.

THE ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing and repair requirements.
• Managing bookings and preparing accurate job information.
• Providing estimates and explaining recommended work.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Liaising with workshop and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Discussing service plans, maintenance and additional work.
• Preparing accurate invoices and ensuring a professional vehicle handover.
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work effectively alongside workshop and parts teams.
• A proactive approach with good attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
