Field Sales Solutions have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Senior Insights Analyst!

We are a leading field marketing company, and we represent the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK – Ferrero.  Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for one of our largest clients Ferrero.  Ferrero is a rapidly expanding FMCG Company that encompasses iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thorntons, and Fox’s biscuits.

The Senior Insights Analyst role sits within the Commercial Insights group and is responsible for driving insights to support achievement of the business objectives of the Ferrero Field Sales team across channels to market. You will play an important part in driving sales through the identification of opportunities to expand brand coverage and availability.

In return for joining us as a Senior Insights Analyst, we can offer you a competitive salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 p.a. (DOE) + Car allowance + benefits.

Location: Field Sales Solutions Head Office – Thame, Oxfordshire

Hybrid model working – role requires office attendance weekly.

What will you be doing?

• Craft compelling selling stories by combining market, shopper, trade, and field data into insights that inspire and influence retailer engagement.
• Proven ability to drive action by turning insights into clear commercial strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Guide field sales priorities, recommending where to focus time and resource to deliver the strongest ROI.
• Translate numbers into narratives—developing insights that can be clearly understood and acted upon by account teams, field leaders, and senior stakeholders.
• Measure and evaluate success by creating insights that highlight performance, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present insights confidently, influencing stakeholders and shaping decision-making at all levels.
• Shape promotional and seasonal strategies & support NPD launches, providing clear actionable recommendations on execution, compliance, optimisation & in store learnings.
• Champion efficiency and simplification, ensuring insights are easy to digest and directly support decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning with Ferrero Client teams, field leadership, and channel heads to drive a unified commercial agenda.
• Conduct regular field visits to bring commercial insights to life and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

What you will need…

• Proven ability to turn insight into commercial action that drives business results.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present insights confidently, influencing stakeholders and shaping decision-making at all levels.
• Commercially minded with an ability to see beyond the numbers and identify growth opportunities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to build persuasive insight packs and sales stories.
• Naturally curious with the ability to ask, “so what?” and provide the “what next?”.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail while maintaining focus on the bigger commercial picture.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel for field visits.
• Live within reasonable commutable distance to Thame in Oxfordshire.

Also, beneficial to have…

• Experience of working within FMCG (Field Sales experience)
• Power BI experience an advantage
