SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £33,000 to £35,000, depending on experience

Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator on behalf of our client based in Thame.

We are looking for a highly organised, confident and proactive Senior Administrator to join a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to take on more responsibility within a professional and fast-paced working environment.

As Senior Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while helping to ensure the smooth running of office operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day administrative duties

• Maintaining accurate records and databases

• Processing and preparing documentation

• Handling emails, telephone calls and general enquiries

• Producing reports and updating spreadsheets

• Liaising with internal departments and external contacts

• Organising meetings, appointments and relevant documentation

• Monitoring and maintaining filing systems

• Supporting management with administrative tasks and projects

• Assisting with improving office processes and procedures

• Ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines

• Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or similar role

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

• Professional, reliable and proactive approach
