Job Description:

Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm | Occasional 8:00am starts | Saturday rota paid at time and a half

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing orders and playing an important part in the smooth running of the sales process.

The role will include:

• Processing customer orders from enquiry through to completion
• Preparing and processing invoices
• Converting customer enquiries into orders
• Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
• Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
• Handling customer queries and resolving any issues
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Keeping customer and order information up to date

• Previous sales administration, customer service or office experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach
• Someone who enjoys building strong relationships with clients

Hours & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Some occasional 8:00am starts may be required
• Saturday working on a rota basis, paid at time and a half
