Job Description:

Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Reception Team Leader to work for a company in Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Role: Reception Team Leader

Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 per annum

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities of the Reception Team Leader:

• To oversee the daily operational activities of the reception desks, including travelling between the three legal offices
• Ensure that agreed service levels are maintained and exceeded where possible
• Produce, manage and operate the reception rota, including lunch rotas, sickness and future planned absences, planning cover and playing a flexible role to cover team absences when required
• Deliver training to new receptionists ensuring they are given the skills needed to successfully carry out their role
• Travel to each office to complete the monthly office checks
• To work closely with and the Office Manager and undertake any delegated tasks
• To support the Office Manager with appraisals and performance management of staff, including quarterly meetings with the reception team

About you:

• Someone proactive who can lead, motivate and inspire the team to provide a professional client experience
• Someone who can take initiative to create more efficient processes and implement new best practices
• Someone who can provide guidance and support to the existing receptionist teams
• Experience of working as a receptionist or front of house role
• Experience of motivating and developing a team
• Someone with a minimum of one year's reception experience
