Pest Control Technician (Progression to Management)

£30,000 - £40,000 + Company Vehicle + Commission + Overtime + Company Benefits

Are you a Pest Control Technician with BPCA Level 2 looking for a varied, autonomous field-based role within a growing company, offering clear progression senior, and significant overtime opportunities to increase your earnings?

This growing pest control specialist provides proactive and preventative pest control solutions to a wide range of domestic and commercial clients across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. With a strong focus on staff wellbeing and service quality, the company offers a varied workload, ongoing development, and clear opportunities to progress into more senior positions.

In this role, you will visit a variety of commercial and domestic sites across a local Oxfordshire patch, carrying out planned and reactive pest control services. You will identify pest issues, implement preventative and treatment solutions, complete site reports, and build strong relationships with customers. The role offers an autonomous working environment with 8-hour days, flexible start times and plenty of overtime available.

This role would suit a Pest Control Technician with BPCA Level 2 who is looking for a varied, field-based position within a local patch, with the opportunity to increase their earnings through overtime and commission and progress into a Supervisor or Management position.

The Role:

• Field-based role covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
• Carrying out proactive and preventative pest control services
• Attending a variety of commercial and domestic sites
• 8-hour days with flexible start times, 40 hours per week
• Significant overtime and commission available

The Person:

• BPCA Level 2 qualification required
• Previous experience as a Pest Control Technician or similar
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in Oxfordshire or the surrounding areas
