Job Title: People Systems Administrator
Location: Remote working from home – occasional onsite days for meetings at Littlemore Mental Health Centre, Sandford Road, OX4 4XN
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Trust: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of becoming permanent
Role details
The post holder will provide support for the Trust’s People Systems including the Workforce
Management system, ESR, ESR Self Service and E-expenses acting as an in-house service desk,
resolving user queries and escalating issues internally and to the software supplier as required.
In addition to this, the individual will be required to support the development of the system
and its use making recommendations for systems improvements and recommending solutions
to ensure the optimal use of People systems across the Trust. The post holder will also be
responsible for running the payroll process and managing day to day payroll queries. The post
holder will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of centrally held data in the systems.
