Job Description:

As a People Data Analyst in Bicester, you'll work alongside the Human Resources team making data-driven decisions. Your role will focus on analysing employee data, identifying trends, and presenting insights to enhance workforce strategies.

Client Details

You'll be joining a high performing global organisation at their European HQ in Bicester. This role supports a strong People function and will need someone used to working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You'll be working with senior leaders across a variety of locations to help produce dashboards, analyse trends in employee data and make suggestions on how to improve the functionality of the system, alongside the HRIS team.

Description

The People Data Analyst will:

• Analyse and interpret employee data to support HR strategies and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain HR data reports and dashboards for various stakeholders on SuccessFactors.
• Identify trends and patterns within workforce data to offer actionable insights.
• Support the implementation of data-driven HR initiatives and projects.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve employee engagement and performance.
• Continuously improve data processes and reporting methods.

Profile

A successful People Data Analyst should have:

• Experience working with HR data and analytics.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools.
• An understanding of data protection regulations and best practices.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Job Offer

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract, to cover maternity leave. The business offer hybrid working, an incredibly strong benefits package (including private medical, dental and generous holiday leave), with a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
