Motorcycle Technician – Abingdon

£35,000 Basic Salary | £50,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join a busy and successful motorcycle dealership in Abingdon. This role is ideal for a passionate technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working with some of the industry's leading motorcycle brands.

As a Motorcycle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of motorcycles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately.
• Complete warranty work in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and identify additional work requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed within allocated timescales.
• Maintain accurate workshop documentation and job records.
• Work closely with the Service Department to deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and manufacturer standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician or Motorcycle Mechanic.
• Relevant motorcycle qualifications would be advantageous.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• A genuine passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Full motorcycle licence preferred.
