Are you a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Didcot? A welcoming and supportive nursery is seeking a dedicated early years professional to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who wants to help young children build confidence, develop independence and discover a genuine love of learning within a positive and nurturing environment.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Encourage children's learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
• Provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Build strong and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe children's development and contribute to their individual learning journeys.
• Play an active part in the smooth running of the nursery.

The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent early years qualification.
• A solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A warm, patient and proactive approach to working with young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to create engaging and positive learning experiences.
• A genuine passion for supporting children during their early years.
