HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for payroll, learning, and HR systems management? This is your opportunity to support a dynamic international organisation during an 18-month maternity cover.

HR Advisor Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Coordinating payroll processes, liaising with external providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Supporting employee learning and development initiatives to foster continuous growth.
• Managing performance review cycles and supporting talent development strategies.
• Overseeing HR systems administration, including updates to HRIS platforms and learning management systems.
• Generating reports and providing insights to senior stakeholders to inform HR decision-making.
• Ensuring HR procedures are compliant with policies and regulations.
• Supporting broader HR projects aimed at process improvement and automation.

HR Advisor Rewards

• Up to £36,000 depending on experience.
• 25 days holiday per annum, plus three days between Christmas and New Year.

HR Advisor Experience Essentials

• Previous HR or payroll experience.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take ownership of HR processes.

Based in Oxford with free onsite parking, this role offers hybrid working options with a mix of home-working and in-office days.
