Healthcare Architect - Outside of London
£40,000-£50,000 DOE | Permanent | Full time office-based

An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced Architect to join their team, working on fast-paced and technically challenging healthcare projects, primarily within existing buildings.

This role would suit an experienced Architect who is confident working with minimal supervision, has strong technical skills and enjoys being involved from concept through to completion.

What we're looking for:

• 3-10 years' UK architectural experience
• Qualified ARB Architect / Part III
• Strong Revit skills
• NBS Create experience
• Experience across RIBA Stages 4-5
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Experience with refurbishments and/or fit-outs
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills
• Experience coordinating with contractors on site, as well as liaising with planning authorities
• A genuine interest in the healthcare sector
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

The projects are complex, fast-moving and predominantly within existing buildings, so a good understanding of technical compliance, detailing and construction is essential.

This is a fully office-based role in Oxfordshire with no remote working, offering £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience, aligned with the RIBA pay scale.
