Front of House / Facilities Coordinator

Location: Oxford
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday–Friday, office-based

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional, organised and personable Front of House / Facilities Coordinator to join a busy professional workplace in Oxford.

The role will combine front-of-house duties with supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and contractors.

• Welcome and sign in visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage reception, meeting rooms and visitor access.

• Answer and direct calls and enquiries.

• Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors.

• Liaise with building management, suppliers and external service providers.

• Monitor office supplies and facilities-related stock.

• Ensure communal areas, meeting rooms and office spaces are maintained to a high standard.

• Support health & safety and general facilities procedures.

• Assist with office moves, workplace set-up and facilities projects.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.

• A confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.

• IT literate, with good Microsoft Office knowledge.

• Experienced in front of house, facilities, office coordination or a similar role (desirable).
