Salary: £13-£14 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Job Type: Temporary - Until end of 2026

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a busy and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants a varied role involving customer service, order management and internal coordination.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer orders are managed effectively from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with customers by phone, email and face-to-face

• Managing and monitoring customer orders

• Keeping customers updated on order progress and delivery dates

• Proactively communicating any delays to customers

• Handling general and order-specific enquiries

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met

• Coordinating with third-party suppliers and stakeholders

• Processing customer orders through the company system

• Preparing management reports

• Supporting the supply chain and dispatch process when required

• Looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar role

• Has excellent communication skills

• Is confident dealing with customers by phone and email

• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks

• Has good attention to detail

• Can work well as part of a team

• Takes a proactive approach to solving problems

• Is comfortable working in a busy environment
