Job Description:

Our client is seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a leading team within the automotive sector on a long-term contract until the end of 2026. This role is ideal for skilled laminators with a background in Formula 1, motorsport, or high-end composite manufacturing. You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

• Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to tight tolerances
• Work from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
• Trim, bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exacting standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with engineers and team leads to meet production targets

• Proven experience as a laminator in F1, motorsport, or aerospace
• Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up techniques
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend days consistently
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude

Rates:
Days from £28.20 UMB (£21.06 PAYE)
Nights from £32.43 UMB (£24.22 PAYE)
Weekends from £33.84 UMB (£25.27 PAYE)

Shifts:

6x Nights - 18:00-04:30 (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri)
1x Wkend Days - 06:00-18:30 (Fri-Sun)
