Business Development Manager
Are you a confident salesperson with a proven track record in B2B sales, within Paid Media & Digital Advertising? If you thrive on winning new business and have experience selling marketing solutions, this role could be for you.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Engaging marketing and growth leaders to discuss paid media strategies, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS, CAC, and attribution.
• Building credibility through consultative selling, handling objections, and communicating the value of AI-driven advertising services.
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound efforts, networking, and using sales tools.
• Demonstrating service benefits and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities.
• Tracking activity and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems for follow-up and forecasting.

Business Development Manager Rewards

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus commission.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Business Development Manager Experience Essentials

• At least three years of B2B sales experience, selling marketing-related solutions such as martech, adtech, or agency services.
• Proven success in achieving new business targets.
• Confidence engaging with marketing and growth leadership and discussing paid media concepts like Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS, CAC, and attribution.
• Experience within a performance marketing agency or ad platform is desirable.
• Familiarity with outbound sales tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent written communication, organisation, and self-motivation.

Location
Based in Oxford, this role offers hybrid working from home once a week. The office is accessible via public transport, with free parking options available.
